Health and Safety
Children who develop a fever of 37.5°C will not be able to join daycare. In the case of illness, accident, or emergency, parents will be contacted using their registered mobile number, and school procedures will be followed.
Communication
The main communication channel for daycare is email. Parents should contact the daycare team for schedule changes, cancellations, or questions about attendance.
This section should feel reassuring, not too policy-heavy. Parents want to know: “Will my child be safe?” “Will the school contact me?” “What happens if something goes wrong?” Childcare search research consistently shows that illness, safety, emergency response, and parent communication are major parent concerns.
