Well-being and Strengthening connections at HJIS.
Horizon Connect is a committee of HJIS teachers dedicated to building a positive school community and supporting well-being across our campus. We believe that strong connections help our community thrive. In a busy school year, Horizon Connect creates space for shared experiences - so we can connect, recharge, and support one another.
Throughout the school year, we bring people together through fun, meaningful activities that strengthen relationships and create a sense of belonging.

We plan events and outings that help staff connect outside of daily routines, such as:
