STUDENT
SUPPORT AT HJIS

How Student Support Works at HJIS

Student support at HJIS is flexible and responsive, adapting to students’ needs over time.

  • Universal support is provided to all students through high-quality teaching, differentiated instruction, and a positive classroom climate.

  • Targeted support is offered when students benefit from additional guidance in specific areas of learning, language development, or wellbeing.

  • Individualised support is provided when students require more personalised strategies, developed in close collaboration with families and, when appropriate, external specialists.

This layered approach allows us to respond effectively to students’ changing needs while maintaining high expectations and encouraging increasing independence.
