The Early Years Programme (EYP) at HJIS provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children begin their journey as lifelong learners. Our approach is guided by the IB philosophy, focusing on inquiry, play, and exploration.

Primary Years Programme

Our Primary Years Programme (PYP) is designed for students from Kindergarten to Grade 5, developing the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed for future academic success and personal growth.

Middle Years Programme

The Middle Years Programme (MYP) at HJIS bridges primary and high school education, offering a challenging framework that encourages students to become independent thinkers and responsible global citizens.

DP – International High School in Yokohama

The IB Diploma Programme (DP) at Horizon Japan International School is an academically rigorous, internationally recognized qualification for students in Grades 11–12. It prepares graduates for entry into leading universities worldwide and develops the skills needed for lifelong success.
