HJIS is seeking volunteers from the wider community to teach an After School Programme (ASP) for the 2011-2012 Academic Year. It is also a good opportunity for tutors who would like to expand their target audience.

There is no set area for the ASP, but our students enjoy recreational classes that help them relax, socialize and enjoy. Examples of past and current volunteered ASPs are:

-          Calligraphy Club

-          Dance

-          Volleyball

-          Tae Kwon-Do

The ASP is organized in ten-week blocks per term and the times are 3:30~4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Although we are looking for volunteers, HJIS will be happy to reimburse the transportation expenses as a sign of gratitude. Web links will also be published on the school’s web site for those who wish to do extend their business to the Horizon community.
