It’s our last day at our main campus and we had many extra events for students, staff, and parents to participate in. The Grade 1 Grey class had a special guest come in and he made a wonderful cake to celebrate the day. A big thank you to Mr. Yamanouchi for the beautiful cake showing our old and new school logo to show off the big change of our school. The Grade 4 students had a Pollution Exhibition for their parents, some staff members, and some secondary students came by to experience the learning as well. Grade 4 students picked from a variety of project options from a tic-tac-toe grid and then designed a demonstration as a way to present their learning to others. This is a perfect demonstration of the type of event we will have in the future as a replacement to the current Parent’s Morning format. Superb job Grade 4 in showing your learning experiences to other members of the Horizon family. Keep up the good work.
